I do the basics. Looking for some help to build a better bicep.

    Basics are best. Heavy straight bar curls, finish with hammer curls.

    Add volume but don't over-complicate it.

    Pull ups and rows since you are using more weight may well build better biceps vs a bunch of isolation exercises.

    Most of the mass of your arms consists of triceps. Overhead presses, pin presses, incline presses, dips etc.

    Honestly, whichever bicep exercise you can isolate on the best will be the next. Varies by person. For me, it's the preacher curl with an EZbar.

    That was always my mass builder in the past. And really high volume low weight dumbbell incline flies. Like a 100 a session.
