do you need to ache?

Questions in the title really.

If you don't ache day after does that mean you're not working hard enough?

that's good to hear, I hear people bragging about how their DOMS is worse than everyone else's, and I'm thinking it's very rare I actually suffer, I can feel I've done something if you know what I mean but that's about it and I am honestly working hard

DOMs are something that only hit me hard if I take off exercise for way too long. They go away once I'm in a proper schedule, even when I'm pushing myself for new PRs. I wouldn't brag about having them.
