    One box of sugar free pudding, any flavor. Add heavy cream instead of milk. I like it like that as a mousse. But I've heard you can freeze it for an ice cream texture too

    A life without full fat ice cream is not one worth living!

    That being said I have a soft spot homemade "ice cream." Throw some frozen bananas, strawberries, splash of vanilla extract and a slash of almond or soy milk in the food processor. Its not the same but it is pretty damn tasty.

    It probably work only on the LF part, not so much on the LC part of which i do agree with the above..

    I do heard bout the Artic zero, Halo Top etc which is really low in cals, but im not sure bout the taste though (coz i never had any).. I enjoy having my normal fav ice creams which is usually 80-200 cals per 100 gram depending on the flavour ;)

    Good luck OP in finding the best ice cream that fit what ur looking for :)
