This here challenge is for those who really love to workout!!!
The challenge is to do a workout in the morning, afternoon, then evening and a final late night workout!!
Yes, the morning workout should be a nice long cardio based workout, for example: go on a hike, run 1 or 2 miles, sim etc.
The afternoon workout should be weight lifting, gym workout for example: do a leg day, chest, arms, back or shoulder gym workout!!
The evening workout is another cardio based workout but this time it should consist of quick and fast movements, like: sprinting, cone drills, stairs workout etc.
And the final late night workout should be nice and easy sit-ups and push up exercises as many as you can before you take a shower and sleep!!!
This is a great challenge for people that love to be active and workout!!
