Hi everyone!
I know it's late but I so need and would love to join your challenge. I have had epilepsy for over 10 yrs. The seizures effect my pituitary and the meds often make me dizzy. Over time I gained a a lot of weight and it was hard to work off. I need some accountability and help to stay on track!0 -

I have been doing 1200 calorie, walding for the last 15 days, doing a 30 day crunch/ab challenge. at 47 the weight just does not want to come off. I was slim my whole life, through 5 pregnancies! Now my weight bounces around by 10 lbs if I dont drink 65 oz water per day! Any ideas on how to control that?
HI cindykay, I am around your size.I think you might should increase your calories to 1400 a day and get lots of lean protein. If you exercise and eat only 1200 calories, you are eating at a deficit.
It couldn't hurt to try it.

Hi there everyone! I am on day 5 of my RESET. One of my best friends is getting married and I did not like the way I looked in many of the photos we took.... not like myself. I weighed 196.1 pounds! My goal is 170 by September which seems very doable.
Today was a GREAT DAY! I was in Penn Station and all I could smell were cookies baking and other sweets. I didn't indulge... rather I purchased a piece of falafel.... and loved it!!!!!
Looking forward to working out tonight.... and staying on track!!!2 -

I've lost 3.5#s this month on track to make my 20# weight loss goal by September 1. In fact, if I don't plateau I should be down a few #s more than 20 but you never know! How is everyone else doing?

I think It would help everyone a lot if there were more interactive posts...talking about successes, challenges, exercise etc.
Here goes:
We just put in a pool so I'm adding water aerobics to change out my usual yoga & ab/core I usually do with dumbbells. I added a few calories more since I've been coming in about 1000/1200 (1360 is what the MFP plan came up with) and I upped my loss to 6#s for thirty days. So guess I was eating too little & my body was in protection mode. I never eat my exercise calories back mainly because I have a very bad knee & can't walk the miles many of you do.
