Anyone who went from chubby fat to fit?

I'm a 6'1" guy at 185 lbs.Not fat as such but still flabby with no muscle definition.Any advice getting fit?

    Hit the weight room...do a little cardio...eat well.

    I'm 5'11" at 185 Lbs and lean and fit.

    Yep, I am quite a bit older, but I did it. Lift weights.

    I also did recomp for almost a year. It takes precision to get this right. It is great for maintenance and was good for that part of the journey.

    If you still have weight to loose, loose it first but weight lift while you are doing it. Newbie gainz are awesome. Then get on a progressive strength training progam and bulk if you see that you want to go this route.
