Butt workouts at home

What are some good workouts for ur butt that can be done at home ????

  • squats, lunges, Bulgarian split squats. Check out youtube where they do several work out videos for you to try at home.

    Squats. And even more squats. When they get too easy, add weight. Nothing replaces a good set of squats.

    This and more squats. LOL. Yes, if they get easy, add weight. Make sure you have proper form.

    I'm going to interrupt this squatting love-fest for a sec. Squats are great, no question there. But there are better butt (glute) workouts than squats, even in the bodyweight world. Hip thrusts (both single and one-legged) and glute bridges being two biggies. Check out pretty anything written by Bret Contreras -- he lives and breathes this stuff. If you want to take things beyond bodyweight work, his book "Strong Curves" is an excellent reference.

    Check out Tone It Up on YouTube- they have a ton of booty workouts. I love them.

    Do the squat challenge. It works!!! It's a thirty day challenge but if you take pictures you will literally notice a difference after one week.
