    I have always worked hard in landscaping, but my body adjusted years ago and the weight still crept up, I am naturally broad and heavier built. I do intermittent fasting- eat 1x per day after working and before rest, watch my fats and starches, and added bodyweight workouts with a wonderful trainer to peel off the last 15. I can't believe it, 100 lbs down from my biggest. I am thrilled!!!!! At 36 I look like my 25 year old self! (Well except the wrinkles and greys, but can't diet them off!)

    Amazing! I am trying intermittent fasting too but just skipping breakfast really. Were you also lowcarbing? Or just eating whatever you want?
