Fabulous! Keep going! I started out with a BMI of 41.6 and now at 30.0... on the cusp of being "overweight" and out of the obese category. And I can tell you, it's feeling great! Be very, very proud Shelley!!1

I think my BMI went from 41 to 39!1

I think the great thing about this is that you can SEE it happen. You follow the rules and you can see progress, and that progress creates a positive feedback loop!0

Your Dr will be thrilled too. I know mine was when I recently got below 40.
Working on getting to Over Weight now that will seem odd, CELEBRATING being overweight but after a life time as morbidly obese now obese I will be very happy to be "just" overweight. Ha Ha0 -
Yes! i go back to him in October so we'll see. It's a definite improvement to only get better! Lots of hoops to jump and goals to meet in the meantime!0
