@jlemoore I haven't been doing them long so haven't tried alot of different ones but so far Leslie Sansone is one that I like best. The longest I've found is 45min and the shortest 15min so I've been doing a few a day to make up more time. I do work up a decent sweat doing them but don't seem to feel knackered like I would if I'd done a fitness class at the gym. I've just borrowed some 1kg dumbbells from my local library and am going to try doing the workouts using them aswell.0 -
