    @jlemoore I was really low on my steps today and because I have my activity level set to highly active I hate going under my target. I've just been doing walk at home workouts lately but tonight a couple of aerobics ones popped up so I thought what the hell I do one or two of theseinsteas for something different. One was 45min using light hand weights but at the end of it it hadn't upped my steps much and then a 30min one that looked like it would be a bit different came on and I loved it but once again it didn't do much for my steps so then I ended up doing a couple of walking ones on top of it.
    In my normal life I'm a stay at home mum who works nightfill at the supermarket 5 nights a week. So I usually try and get a bit of walking in with my toddler in the day and then my job (4hrs) is very active. But I've just started doing my work placement for my disability studies so my steps are way down during the day but also I'm not doing my night work.

    Sorry I've rambled something chronic lol

    We're heading into winter here in Australia aswell so it's hard to get outside and do much which is why I've all of a sudden fallen in love with utube workouts. I'd much prefer to go for a decent brisk walk but time and weather are against at the moment.

    @jlemoore Yes! I love to just turn on music and dance all around my living room. Haha, it's a great workout too- I always end up sweaty and red-faced.

    @jlemoore I haven't been doing them long so haven't tried alot of different ones but so far Leslie Sansone is one that I like best. The longest I've found is 45min and the shortest 15min so I've been doing a few a day to make up more time. I do work up a decent sweat doing them but don't seem to feel knackered like I would if I'd done a fitness class at the gym. I've just borrowed some 1kg dumbbells from my local library and am going to try doing the workouts using them aswell.
