    Came back so trashed after New Years Eve celebration that I started taking off my dress on the way up the stairs and just left it there. Was wearing a strapless so the girls were free too :grimace:

    Dymatize Nutrition and because it has a good accurate flavor, mixes well, provides enough protein to all be digestible but not so much it will go to waste.

    Usually every day...occasionally I'll skip a day...sometimes I shower twice in a day. I'd say it averages out to seven.

    When I'm up in Maine Renovating I have no running water so do it the way they did it for thousands of years,
    bring in water, boil it and sponge bath it or bathe in the bathtub when I feel like boiling a million pots of water and hauling them upstairs. :grimace:
