Cooking spray is NOT zero calories...I can prove it...start counting it in your calorie count!

Yeah, this seems like a reasonable way to do it. (My conversion has the Australian one at 13 calories, so similar.)

That said, I still think no one is getting fat because they are using 13 or 15 calories of oil and for some reason think it's 0.
