Hey the healthy recommendation is to always to keep your calories above 1200. Instead try tightening up your logging - make sure you weigh and log absolutely everything. Be patient and have faith that this works! Some times it just takes a while for the scale to register your efforts. Hang in there5 -

I'm just not burning it up! I stay under my calorie count, get an hour of exercise at least once a day, and drink plenty of water. I don't really know what else more I can do!

The accountability and encouragement has really helped keep me on track, even when I have almost fallen off!!
