Hello,
Im wondering if anyone knows how to calculate calories when making pulled pork. Is it necessary to add all ingredients put into the crock pot? Do i put all the broth and sauces used even though a lot of the liquid will stay in the pot after and not be consumed?
Any tips are appreciated:)

I would add all ingredients in the recipe builder. Even though some sauce/juice will inevitably stay in the pot I'd rather overestimate then underestimate.2

That's what I do with pulled pork and other things where not all the sauce/juice get used. But you could always add some apple cider vinegar to the pulled pork and then all the calories will magically disappear*.
* That may be a big fat fib.1 -
Lol ok awesome thanks!0
