Im sure i read here that if you have over 75lbs+ you should set it to 2lbs per week, 40lbs to 75lbs 1.5lbs per week? Being a bigger girl the 2lbs per week loss at 1280kcal is staring to wear very thin, i just dont have enough kcals for 3 good meals and a couple of snacks. I could carry on but im not sure if to up my cals decrease my weekly loss rate. Im scared if i do this i will gain weight? because it adds like an extra 200 calories a day. can anyone offer any advice? or plans on what they eat for 1200kcal?

And you need time to adjust to your body as it changes. It's been over a year for me and I'm glad it took that long, otherwise it would have been too confusing. And even so, I've had issues with all the comments about my loss/body. Give yourself time. Come up with a sustainable food plan. And above all, be kind to yourself.
