    Hey! I am 24, trying to lose more than 50 pounds. My favorite way to motivate myself is by motivating those around me! I love having friends around my age, so I can see what they are doing that could also help me.

    Hi! I'm 24 and this is my first post but I have been using MFP on and off for years. I recently started again to help with my IIFYM. I am an integrative nutrition coach so I have the nutrition down but have some lofty fitness goals that need more precision! I've lost a little over 20 pounds and am currently in maintenance and focusing on my strength training!     I'm 20!! I totally agree.. Most of my friends totally are the ones who get me to get off track with their eating.. Lol. I've lost about 9/10 lbs so far and ultimately want to lose 20 more or so. Feel free to add me! :)

    23, and soon to be married in under three months!

    I finally dedicated myself to MFP in January and have lost 22 pounds to date. Another 15 pounds to the first mini-goal (140) and then probably another 7-14 from there, depending on what looks good in the end!
