For anyone starting at 300 or more lbs, I've been there and if I can do this, you can do this too! This is not at my heaviest, I wish I had a picture from 360+, this is around 305 lbs, to 205 lbs. CICO and working out from home (Leslie Sansones, then Fitnessblender)

I have had so many ups and downs and times when I haven't been on track, unlike before I always get back to it. I was obese for 12 years, I figure it will take me at least 4 years to learn how to be healthy/ get to my ideal weight. It got so much better when I stopped making fat loss a race and calories a war.

I still have 60-70 lbs to go and I am more motivated than ever to get there!

Outstanding work! I wish you the best!

And, I love what you said here: "It got so much better when I stopped making fat loss a race and calories a war." This deserved repeating.

Changing my thinking is the reason I know I will end up at a healthy weight. This is the most I've ever lost, before it was loose 20, gain back 30 and learn nothing.
