Hey Everyone!

I love pizza and could literally eat it every single day. What are some healthy ways you get in your pizza fix?

    My family used normally eats pizza every Friday. It is our family tradition. For years we made our own. Now we usually buy them. We all used to eat one pizza each. Now I eat a quarter of a pizza and a huge salad. Does the trick!!!

    Sometimes I get a couple small corn tortillas (100c for 2)
    and put some pizza sauce (2 Tbsp for 20c)
    and low fat mozza (1oz is 80c) on it and maybe some veggies and it hits the spot :)

    Totals 200 cals for 2 mini "pizzas" plus any veggies I add

    Eat 1-2 slices pizza with a huge salad.
    Or, just make room for pizza. It's not hard to figure out the calories.

    There are so many options out there.

    I use a flour taco shell for the crust, use canadian bacon or turkey pepperoni for the meat and load it with veggies like spinach, onions, mushrooms, peppers. I even put cheese on and it's your own personal pizza for about 400-450 calories.

    I usually just eat pizza, but sometimes I can't fit it in, I make a roasted portabella mushroom pizza. Basically, you roast a portabella mushroom and top it like a pizza. I actually really like them and sometimes I crave them, not just regular pizza.

    I've made a small serving of tortilla chips with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni and baked until melty. Im a big fan of that too :) More toppings to "crust" ratio than pizza too!

    Ill occasionally eat pizza toppings on chicken breast, mushrooms, tortillas, cauliflower crust, etc...

    One night I was walking by a Dominos and the pizza smelled REALLY good so, when I stopped off at the market before finishing my walk, I bought some Pizza Bites and had a couple. :)

    YES! I forgot pizza baked chicken breasts. I used to love it and make it so often! In the crockpot or oven layer chicken breasts, then pizza sauce and mozza and oregano.
    "Hawaiian" toppings are really good for this :D

    I eat two slices of pizza. Thankfully I guess I like it plain so it's not as calorie dense.

    Otherwise, yeah, make your own. I've yet to find a crust recipe I really love though, so still working on that part...

    Ummm, you are my hero right now! I do this with desserts all the time. Cut em up into individual servings and freeze them. Why haven't I been doing this with pizza? WHY?!?

    I just found a recipe for pizza quiche! You could make it "lighter" by swapping out a couple full eggs for whites and getting low cal cheese if thats your thing. I think I would drizzle the pizza sauce on top

    Those Aldi Take & Bake pizzas are AWESOME and very reasonable in calories if you get the thin crust.

    I pick up a Papa Murphy's thin crust veggie or Hawaiian pizza and eat as many slices as I can fit in for dinner. If you love pizza, there is no reason to not eat pizza once in a while. Just make room in your daily calories.

    Quick fix: Hormel turkey pepperoni as a snack. Roughly 70 calories for 17 slices.

    My daughter does it like this: 1 small flour tortilla. Spaghetti sauce. Pepperoni. Mozzarella. Bake in a cake pan until the cheese melts. Satisfy pizza craving. Depending how you pile on the stuff, you can keep it under 200 calories.
