Juicing will take weight off. Not easy but it works lost like 35 lbs in 5 weeks. I am a big guy. Wife lost like 122
-
Just keep in mind that if you lose it fast by doing something extreme, as soon as you stop that the weight will come back on.7

Lipo. More like 2 hours though4

So would that be equal parts water weight, lean muscle mass, and fat? No thanks.
OP - fast weight loss is unhealthy weight loss. If you want to lose weight AND learn how to keep it off pick a reasonable deficit. Then measure & log every single thing you eat in MFP. Move more, and it will help with your overall fitness level.7 -
OP if you get suggestions about fast weight loss, like juicing or other radical approaches, they are likely going to generate short term results that are not sustainable, and could potentially even be dangerous.
What's the rush? How much are you trying to lose?9 -
Enter your stats into MFP.
Unless you have over 50 lbs to lose enter to lose 1 lbs a week.
If you have over 50; 1.5-2 lbs a week would be appropriate.
Short term fast is generally unsustainable long term as a greater percentage of the loss is water.
Cheers, h.3 -

*puppy* no.
As to what TeaBea and middlehaitch said: yes.1 -
I would say move more, eat less, stay hydrated, repeat!! Plug your height/weight in and stick to what MFP gives you: the process works....even if it doesn't necessarily happen as fast as you would like it to.1

No no no no no. Also no.
This is not healthy or sustainable.
Set up your MFP profile.
Stick to your calorie goals and buy a food scale to make sure you do.
Move more.
Success. Sustainable, healthy success.3 -

The fastest way to gain weight is to go on a crash diet. You're going to have to make permanent changes to the way you eat and/or exercise, and that doesn't come quickly. If they aren't permanent changes you're just going to gain it back.2

Thanks everyone for the response ❤❤1

Did you gain all that extra weight in two months?2

OP, if you're looking to lose weight, change your mindset. Do it healthy.. 2lbs per week is the healthy maximum weight loss. Any more and you'll most likely lose your hair, have splitting nails, hormone imbalances, be angry and hungry all the time, awful skin, lose too much muscle, put strain on your heart and body functions.. We need food. Truly. Set up myfitnesspal accurately, weigh all the solid and semi solid food that you eat on a food scal in grams and log your food accurately. Do this for at least a month.

My neighbor lost weight fast last year...and it looks like she's gained it all back.

The same way we all do it, count your calories and decide how much exercise you can tolerate.1
-
Use a sustained calorie deficit over the 2 months. You should lose weight.0
-
Well depending on your weight you can lose healthily up to 10-15lbs (maybe more if you're obese). That's something. If you are at healthy BMI already it will be less.
ETA: To answer your question - the fastest still healthy way is to eat at 20-25% deficit. If you maintain at 2000cal then 25% is 500cals so you eat 1500cal/day. This way you will lose 8-9lbs if you are accurate in your food measurements.1 -
i've just checked my progress and two months out, i lost 11 pounds. at the three month mark, i'm at a total loss of about 15 pounds.
i've achieved this via the mystical combination of eating less and moving my body more.
amazing! i know!4 -

i did juice plus, would not recommend it. lost a stone very quickly then was up and down a pound for around 6 weeks. its not a realistic lifestyle. i have since bee losing weight slowly but seen a change in my body shape and fitness by swimming, walking and eating healthy. the juicing diets are basically fasting and yes, the weight does go back on when you stop. if something sounds too good to be true, then it usually is.1

Unless you are significantly overweight, set MFP to lose 1 pound a week. Put your goals in and let MFP calculate a reasonable and attainable goal for you based on your current height, weight, and activity level.
Any crash diet is mostly water release and will pop back on as soon as glycogen stores are replaced.
If you are 50+ pounds over goal you will likely lose more than 1 pound a week at first, but that tends to slow down as the pounds drop off.0 -
