    I'm having problems with my sircative nerve so I was bearly able to do yoga today!! I hope this improves soon!! Wish me luck!!

    Day 4: Only made it 65 seconds today, after a hard leg day at the gym. Will go for the full 75 tomorrow, and hopefully 90 the next day.

    I'm switching to every other day for this, i.e. my regular lifting days. Between swimming and lifting, doing this every day is too much. I don't want to overtrain. :smile:
