    Don't tell my husband...but I prefer to run alone! I can get in my own zone and adjust my pace as needed. When he's with me I'm always worried that I'm slowing him down or that I'm in his way. Try it once or twice; it can be meditative and you just might like it more!

    Go for it. If I see anybody running I just get jealous, with my back and hips I can't run. At least I cycle and i wear lycra ! I don't give a damn what people think when they see a white haired oap flying along . My son calls me the White Warrior lol
