    I will look at it. It may be. I tend to eat pretty low fat as a norm, i have a hard time some days of getting enough. Just try to make sure that it is mostly good fats. If so I will readjust it.

    I changed the fat to 20, just to try it. After looking at it, I think you're right. 15 would be very hard to hit. I will try 20 and see how that works.

    Do you macro counters weigh your food - IIFYM style? I know I won't be able to sustain this but do want to eat more macro focussed

    I did when I was cutting and just starting to maintain, but haven't been lately.

    I weigh my food 5 days a week. Weekends I let go a little.
