    Weekly Goals: I want to track what I eat everyday, I'd like to get in at least 10,000 steps a day

    Struggles: Emotional eating or eating out of boredom. Keeping up my motivation. Really hoping this challenge keeps me accountable.

    Successes: 1. Last week I was able to walk 10,000 steps 6 days out of the week. I was able to log in every day on MFP. I also exercised 30 minutes or more every day except Sunday.

    Hey there, I sdi weight watchers for awhile and found a great recipe site that is ww friendly AND almost all the meals are on MFP so easy to log. Skinnytaste.com hope its useful.

    Weekly Goals: Stay under calorie count during work week and within 300 during weekends. KEEP RUNNING! At least 4 times a week!

    Struggles: Pigging out on the weekend. I stress so much during the week and it's easy to keep a schedule but during the weekends I go too crazy!

    Weekly Goals: getting to yoga at least twice/week, adding in third session by Week 3. Looking better in a dress for my daughter's grad at the end of June.

    Struggles: Sticking with the program and keeping track of my food!! I also get bored of eating the same things over and over so I need to work at switching meals up.

    Successes: I have been at this for almost three years and have kept off 20 lbs!!
