Brand New, Need Help!

Hello All. So, I am brand new to this forum & I have been in a weight loss/fitness life change since October, 2015. I need to lose 20 more lbs. to reach my final goal and it has become INCREASINGLY more difficult. I see you all discussing calorie counting & I must admit...this is something I have NOT done (& have never done.) This seems like ALOT of work...especially when sitting down to a family meal. Is there an app or some EASY way to do this? I am terrible at writing things down & keeping journals etc. I hate to say it but I need it to be idiot proof & fast....is there something out there for someone like me??
