JUNE 2016 'Move Challenge'

We are doing our 'move challenge' again this month. You may walk, run, jog, bike or whatever will give you MILES! The challenge is too pick your own, set your goal and then reach for it...
I was over In May by 11.50 Miles. I will still set my personal goal for 120 Miles which will be walking miles. Since we are also short a day this month.
Hope too see everyone here. You guys challenge me too keep going!

However, I will make an attempt to get somewhere close to last June in terms of time or distance ... or both if I can manage it.

My goal for June is 200 miles. Might be stretching it a bit but going to give it my best shot!1

I'm up to 4 miles a day.... ( morning) I found that easier for my life! That won't get me to 200 for June... Maybe I can boost it up a bit ! Cheering you on! You can do it!!0

I may be "cheating" but I count all my steps for the day as my total (based on my fitbit). . . I try to walk 3 miles each morning. . .which means getting up by 4:15. . .sometimes I only get 2 miles or less if I choose extra sleep. I walk on both my morning and afternoon breaks at work and sometimes I do a short walking program (leslie sansone or Jessica smith) from youtube at my desk. I walk to the restroom at the far end of the building and take the longest route to get there. Since I have a sedentary job this all helps me get my steps in. I try to look for creative ways to add steps each day.0

Hello familiar faces and well done for the May efforts (so so close Girlina!!)
So - like last month I will measure 'big'days (any day with over a 350 cal burn - which usually means atleast 90 mins walking, a swim, or an hour on the bike) towards my current goal of 100 of them. And days on which I did not manage this but did atleast do 30 mins (or more)...which should be every day ofcourse.
Here goes:
1 june - 350 cals plus burn - eastbourne prom
2 june - 350 cals plus burn - again walking in eastbourne. It's a very long seafront!
