I would like to join. I work in an office and try to get 10000 steps in a day Monday - Friday. In the weekends I try to get at 20000 steps in.2

Do you guys mind if I try something. I want to try to stay in my calorie goal for the rest of this month. Do you guys mind if I post my calories daily with my steps? My daily is set at 1630 and I do plan on eating some if not all exercise calories. I also am trying not to weigh too often and instead just focus on the actions themselves (eating less moving more etc). So I weighed in yesterday and won't weigh again until July 1st. You can do whatever makes you feel comfortable on this page. It belongs to everyone! One thing you won't find on here is judgement...I hope that helps with your anxiety.0 -

Saturday, June 18th - 8933
That was according to Fitbit. But I forgot my Fitbit in the morning when I went to pick up my husband from airport. I lost a good 1500-2000 steps..ugh.
I don't think I'm going to post my calories. I know what I need to do food wise and I just need to do it! lol.
