Getting closer. Was able to get some longer rides in over the holiday weekend about 80 miles in 4 days! Monday was a challenge as we had a picnic with lots of good foods. Ate but didn't eat until I was uncomfortable.3 -

My goal is to be in Onderland by time I go back to work in August. Watching my calories and increasing my excercise. My last child graduate high school so I feel like it's finally my time to work on me fulltime.

More progress made. June is Quilt shop hop time in Iowa, I did 4 shops by bicycle. 27 miles on Friday. Saturday I started out to go to a shop that is about 19 miles from home. Got downtown and it was the Dam to dam race going on so about 8500 runners coming down the bike trail so turned around and headed the other direction and went to another quilt shop that was 27 miles from home but I did an extra 5 so had 32 miles by time I reached the shop. Husband agreed to pick me up partway back so ended up with 42 miles on the day. Longest ride this year.4 -
