Starting again

Hello everyone. I have been here before, lost weight, stopped logging in...and have put it back on. It appears that my default is to overeat and underexercise. Today, I'm changing that by becoming active again.

I love to run! I also practice yoga and crosstrain using various videos. Ideally, I eat a balance of lean protein, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Cheating (dietwise) every once in a while is ok.

If you're likeminded, please send a friend request with a message telling me a bit about yourself. I would like to have a core group of friends to keep each other accountable and have fun along the way!
