Foods with nutrients that help joints and joint pain

I want to try eating the foods that are most nutrient dense before taking vitamins. But if you have high-quality supplement recommendations please do tell.

    I swear by MSM by Blue Mountain Herbs (best price). MSM is supposed to help skin, cartilage, nails, and connective tissues. I swear by it actually. You can even see the difference it made in my discs in my back on xrays. Try it and see if it helps you.

    I use Cronometer.com from time to time to see what nutrients I'm falling short on.
    At your young age, I would visit a doctor to rule anything out.

    Tart cherry juice concentrate is very anti inflammatory, blueberries, dark leafy greens are some.

    I have a ton of joint problems and am finding these answers really interesting. I just wanted to add that I found enormous benefit from cutting out artificial sweeteners. The difference was unbelievable.

    Bone broth, gelatin, tart cherry juice, tumeric, fatty fish such as salmon.
