Do you mean you log into the site, what you plan to eat for the day, at the beginning of the day, and then adjust it according to the reality of your day? This is a good idea and obviously you know what you are doing, you have lost a lot of weight. What an inspiration! Good for you, that is incredible!0

even though you are working out you should still stick to your calorie intake for the day. If you want to lose the weight. Never eat more than the allowed calories for each day. Just a little advice. this is what i do. I burn at least 1300 calories a day and my calorie intake per day is 1500 but i usally don't eat 1500 calories day. and i never eat what i burn and i have lost 13lbs to this day and i started on may25 and i take at least 1 to 2 days off from woroking out each week to let my muslce rest. Just trying to help out. Good luck.0

Don't get down on yourself because you're here, right? This is a great site. I just joined this past week and have gained more confidence because I know I can do this--and so can you!!
This is my fav way to eat broccoli. Cook broccoli and then put in a baking dish with some salt and pepper and then squeeze a lemon onto broccoli and sprinkle a little parmesan cheese. Put in oven at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes...it's DELICOUS!!
Best wishes and feel free to friend me if you'd like!
