First change is cut all the bad stuff. The soda,breads,grease,sugars. Eat healthy. No processed. Fresh not canned. It's just being healthy. What you eat reflects what you receive.11 -

Well, you're assuming he only lost fat. You're not calculating the water, muscle, bone mass loss, etc that typically comes with starvation. That's not something we can determine with the info provided.

Well, you're assuming he only lost fat. You're not calculating the water, muscle, bone mass loss, etc that typically comes with starvation. That's not something we can determine with the info provided.

2900 calorie deficit. That's like 5+ hours a day for me of intense cardio and eating below 1200. Congratulations! That's a lot of dedication!5 -

I was saying what a 2900 deficit would look like for someone not morbidly obese. It was for those reading this who think that that sort of deficit is realistic for everyone when it isn't. It wasn't against you at all.
