my bmi right now is 33. And that puts me in obese category. I have started ketogenic diet but I don't know any recipes.... Help plz

    You don't need to be on a ketogenic diet (or any special diet at all) to lose weight. You just have to eat less calories than you burn every day.

    these fast dieting stuff works quite good and fast...but when you stop them, and believe me the time will come....the weight comes back pretty fast.
    Change eating habits, eat healthy, make an exercise plan and STICK WITH IT!!!!

    Results will come.

    Try eatthismuch.com, which has simple recipes for any calorie level. You can even adjust the cost factor, or tell it foods to avoid, things you don't care for. It gives you a shopping list for the week. But also, you can find tons of low-calorie recipes on the net, on this site, and at places like skinnytaste.com. Or just concentrate on eating simple, plain food like roasted vegetables and salads, where you don't have to fool with recipes much.

    When I started here last November my BMI was above 40. Now it's 28. That means I can say "I'm only fat! I'm not obese!" And I'm within shouting distance of the normal range, which starts at about 25. You can do this.
