Newbie

Hi all ..well I have had this app for a while and tbh never used it .well not properly. I'm a 40 yr old women who seriously needs to whip my *kitten* into gear .I have recently lose my mum mainly due to her weight . And it not going to happen to me . I think I'm about 12 half stone .which I no is way too much. I have tried SW/ WW and a diet called 123 Terry Ann ( which is far too complicated) ...my problem I feel is I have a office job which means I'm sat for long periods and I leave early and home late . Anyway today i have purchased a exercise bike a 2 in 1 bike and cross trainer thing . I have too lose some weight . .. So any advice who be great ..ATM I have a yoghurt for my breakfast and salad for lunch and jacket potatoes for my tea. I no this is probably wrong but I don't get home till 7 pm and I have stuff to do before work in the morning as well as being mum lol ..
