    I’ve been on MFP since like 2013, lost 35 lbs in 2016, and yep - you guessed it - I’m now back to my original. Took me 3-4 months to lose 35 lbs, and 3 years to regain it all. Yesterday was a turning point for me. I went to my annual lady checkup, and saw my weight. I got depressed. So yesterday was day 1 for me. I know I can do this again! I’m in Arkansas.
