    Welcome back. This is my 3rd go at it. It is sticking. Been back for 3 months and down 17 pounds so far. YOu can do it! Set backs happen, but you can do this! So many opportunities in OKC. We dont have a riverwalk here in Stillwater, but we do have Boomer Lake. I walk those trails with my dogs as often as I can.

    If any of you are in Oklahoma, or close, and are horsey folk: I am going to a toy for tots benefit trail ride and chili dinner at Lake Carl Blackwell on November 12th. Would love it if anyone could join. If my mom and friend do not go, I have one beginner friendly and one intermediate rider level horses available. If I can get someone/s to go with, I plan to camp out and fish, and if weather permits, swim. I have a weekender package in my trailer.
