Hey all. I'm starting Intermittent fasting today. It's really worked for a friend of mine--not just in the area of weight-loss but overall health. Thoughts?

I intermittent fast through a nutritional cleansing program so my 2-day is supported. Never feel hungry, have enough energy for what I need to do in a day, and feel soooo much better on the third day! Whatever you decide with your fasting, good luck!0
