So starting today I am trying Carb cycling for a week to see what it does for me..anybody have experience in trying this and have any tips?

Yes have been carb cycling for awhile..
Ensure your high carb days are on high work out days.. monitor your loss and gains.
4 days high carb, follow with 3 low carb days.
Tweak per week to find the sweet spot.
Trial and error for your goals with any macro

I don't overthink it. I'd say I manipulate my carbs more than anything. In maintenance I have higher carb days when I train, with the carbs being close to before or after my workout. In a deficit, I'm generally very low carb, and will refeed maybe once per week or once every two weeks before a heavy leg day.0
