(1) Have you read the stickies at the top of this forum here.
(2) What are your stats? What deficit did you choose? I ask because people often choose an overly ambitious starting deficit, which is impossible for them to maintain consistently, and then fall off the plan every week or two. It's important to pick a reasonable deficit as well as eat foods you like AS WELL AS making sure the foods you eat are satiating enough to prevent you from being hungry. Many people here will tell you they are losing weight without ever really feeling hunger or cravings.0 -
