You can probably find many appropriate workouts by doing an internet search.1

This. I'd recommend buying the book - the index of exercises is extremely helpful, especially if you don't have a ton of experience.6 -

I would highly recommend strong curves. I have gone through it fully a couple times since August and I have made serious booty gainz.5

I would once again, recommend Strong Curves. The program has a heavier emphasis on the lower body area than other programs.
It is a progressive lifting program - which is what you want to get stronger and build the body you desire.
Please keep in mind that your nutrition is key to this as well.4 -
