Work travel (conference food/receptions) derailed me this week and now we have family visiting- I'm up.
I'm bummed, but realistically going to try to just hold here until family visit (dinners out, wine) is over and get back on track. From here through December is always tough with festivities, and I don't want it to stall my progress too much, but I don't want to give up my social self entirely either.0 -

I normally weigh in on Tuesdays afternoons around 2:30pm, but today I had a Wellness Screening at my job and had to weigh in this morning 9:15am. By the time I weigh in, in the afternoon I will have consumed 10 cups of water almost which I'm fine with that bc I'm still losing at least a pound a week. My problem is when I weighed in at the Wellness Screening I'm at least 10 lbs lighter than when I weighed in last week! I'm no confused and could I be holding on to 10 lbs of water weight? I don't know which lbs to post...the am or the pm? Any suggestions?
