God bless everyone that can eat anything in moderation but after 3 years of doing this I have to admit that there are a few certain foods that kill me. 60 pounds down and I just can't have around...

Helluva Good Onion Dip

Crisps are going down with this (many) and if they aren't around a spoon or finger will do!

There, I said it and I feel better. Unburden yourself!

Milk chocolate, almost any type (except with sultanas that's just gross!), no idea why they call the large blocks family blocks

Love a couple of squares of dark chocolate though, mint or raspberry Lindt intense. I can nibble at it and make it last unlike the milk chocolate that is inhaled in seconds

Pizza. You can only really get a "whole" pizza, and if I have a whole pizza around, the whole damn thing is getting eaten (which is nearly my entire calorie allowance for the day).

Beef summer sausage, I will sit there and eat the whole damn thing ahahaha. Same with lil smokies. I can have them in the house, but I have to be careful.

Cake, chocolate, ice cream, and chips and salsa. That last one makes me dread when friends want to meet at Mexican restaurants...oh my goodness.

Ooh my biggest one is popcorn! I don't know what it is about bagged sweet and salty popcorn but the second I open it I can finish a whole bag no problem and it has like 7-8 servings!

This may sound weird, i don't know, maybe not but if there is watermelon in my house, i will eat it. Sure, it's not the worst, the point is that i CAN'T STOP SNEAKING BITES!!! My other one is roasted chicken. We get the rotisserie chickens from Sam's Club and i swear i could probably sit down at my table abd the whole entire thing with my fingers. It's salty and fatty and savory.....the perfect storm.

    Arg.....

I understand the watermelon priblem , I will eat big one in a day and get sick because im diabetic .it is my food crack

I'm another one for the crisps. I CAN stop, but it's like slamming the brakes on and screeching to a halt, not a dignified restraint. I was at my brother's house last weekend and they had Mackie's bacon crisps (these are amazing, try them if you're ever in Scotland) and everyone was laughing at my magnetic attraction to them.

However, I don't ban myself from crisps because that would only make me want them more! I just fight the good fight each time.
