School project

I started Culinary Nutrition for my summer semester and using myfitnesspal was one of our final projects. I started keeping track on June 2 and have learned a lot about my eating habits. After being introduced to this site and the things that I have learned in class I now eat better and make healthier choices. In the short time I have done this I have lost five pounds. My project has me keeping a journal for thirty days of what I eat. After my thirty days are up with my project, I will definitely continue to use this program.
