Agreed except until I tried almond eggnog...a little on the sickly sweet side but in small doses it was pretty dandy, particularly if I wanted a sweet coffee.

The former fits my current eating situation. Critiquing of my current foods/style.
The latter fits my former eating situation, a dear friend would "skinny cow" me to death at every visit, it was probably mind blowing to her why I could be so smart but allowed myself to stay overweight so long. Not knowing me during my illness she could not understand the fear I had of working out, nor the "one thing at a time" approach to life I had been forced to adopt during that time which made weight loss something I planned to get to later. Well later has finally come around but she has since apparently given up on me and has seen me but not noticed my efforts yet. Man is she in for a surprise when the day comes that she notices. And yes I will tell her how much skinny cow I ate along the way. LOL. I'm a grudge holder, but NOT a liar.

I use to drink diet coke. It would be nothing for me to drink 1 or 2 12 packs a day. I have been diet coke and soft drink free for 4 months. Now I find it to be disgusting. If you want to drink it fine. I do not care. This article was excessive. Clean eating is healthier for everyone. I try my best not to eat processed foods. A good amount of the aliments these days are because of the processed foods. Have any of you tried fresh brewed tea and bottled tea. The bottled tea has citric acid in it. Citric acid tastes nasty. Anyway, good article.
