    5'7 here, I spent a year adjusting my workout routine and trying to eat clean (did Keto for 6 months to kill my sugar and soda addiction). I started using a food scale May 1 and have lost 17lbs since then.
    SW: ~155-160
    CW: 131
    GW: 118-120

    Once I hit my goal weight (or in the Fall which ever comes first) I plan to bulk and do hard core strength training. Right now I do bodyweight exercises, run and play volleyball on a rec league.

    Hello, I am 5'0 and am currently 143lbs. Down from 158lbs. I gained weight during pregnancy and have been struggling to lose it. But I'm getting there. Although I've lost 15lbs so far I still have 27lbs to go to reach my target. It's been nice in a way to see all these other posts from you guys, knowing I'm not alone in the struggle.     I am 140 looking to get around 122-126. I am also 5'4". I have a Fitbit Charge HR and have been trying to eat 500-700 calories less than what it tells me I burn. Before I gained these 20lbs, I ate what it said I burned and maintained my weight pretty well.

    I'm 5'3" trying to go from 153 to around 120. I've lost 5 lbs so far. I've never added anybody on here before, so I'm not sure how the friends thing works, but I'm game if anyone wants to add me!

    (I'm 5'5ish)

    I finished up my low-carb, no added sugar, gluten-free 3 weeks last Sunday and while I am still gluten-free this week my carbs have gone up and my weight has been yo-yoing a bit. I was down to 145 on Monday but have been maintaining around 145.6 all week since then. I still can't do any running due to my leg injury but am getting in my workouts in the pool. Hope to see a bigger change next Friday but a loss is a loss and I'll take it :)

    I'm 5'4" and around 146lbs (from around 170 in March 2015), looking to slowly lose another 10-15lbs, I'm in the UK and my diary is open to all. I use my Fitbit Blaze to aim for a 1750-3500 calorie deficit per week, and I enjoy strength training/kettlebell class/circuits 5x week. Feel free to add me but please send a message.

    5'5" here. Started at 137 8 weeks ago and started T25 and tracking calories and I've lost 10 pounds to date. 2 more pounds to goal weight of 125. Would love to motivate and support!
