How do you typically break up your calorie allowance

    As long as I have been an adult, I never had a routine of eating more than one meal a day. So now I tend to eat the majority of my allowance at dinner. I allow 300 calories for coffee and banana in the morning and 150ish for a late night snack. The rest is for supper.
