Hello all, I've been down this road before. I went from over 300 down to 160, and back up to 260. I know what to do, and know what not to do. It's just a matter of being mindful and consistent. So here I am. Making another run at it. New to the community and have no idea how to add people. But feel free to add me and we can do this together.

Well good luck on your journey. Just remember to make lifestyle changes to lose weight. Crash dieting won't work, you will just burn yourself out and start eating junk/sugary foods again. I'm glad you know what to do this time. So stick to it and I hope this helps.

Yeah, The only thing that seems to work for me is going low carb, I don't know what it is about carbs, but it's so easy for me to over eat when they are involved. I never really crave them, but they offer zero satiety to me, and I'm a bottomless pit when it comes to them.

Yeah... This isn't my only yoyo. I know all too well how easily it can pile back on.
