What you do when you're having a soft month

So usually I like to hit the gym 4-5 times a month as I'm trying hard to lose weight right now. Last week, however, due to time constraints I was only able to go 3 times, before going on vacation for the weekend where I pretty well stuffed my face. My plan was to get back at it this week, but it's the beginning of the week and I'm too sick to leave my house On top of that, I'll be traveling for work next week and likely wont have time to workout.
What would yall do in this situation? Realistically I know it isnt the end of the world, but do you have any tips for situations like this?

Leave out the stuffing your face part & you should be OK with fewer workouts. Try "harder" and stop listening to your own excuses. I counted 6 in that short post!1
