What you do when you're having a soft month

So usually I like to hit the gym 4-5 times a month as I'm trying hard to lose weight right now. Last week, however, due to time constraints I was only able to go 3 times, before going on vacation for the weekend where I pretty well stuffed my face. My plan was to get back at it this week, but it's the beginning of the week and I'm too sick to leave my house :neutral: On top of that, I'll be traveling for work next week and likely wont have time to workout.

What would yall do in this situation? Realistically I know it isnt the end of the world, but do you have any tips for situations like this?

    Leave out the stuffing your face part & you should be OK with fewer workouts. Try "harder" and stop listening to your own excuses. I counted 6 in that short post!
