    The people who told me to stop, you're too thin blah blah are the same people who tell me how great I look now. Ignore everyone else it's your skin you need to be happy in!!

    According to both of them, I fall right into the lower middle of "normal". Sounds like I need to get back to lifting.

    my mom is the same...when i put the weight on ,she said i need to lose weight. after seeing me having lost 20kgs, she said that was enough ,i'm good the way i am and i shouldn't lose any more. Ehm, no mom, i still have (had)20 to go. Down to 13 now :smile:
