    I am just floored! I kept waiting for him to tell her he was an undercover cop and arrest her stupid *kitten*!

    I don't think they do that until the payment has been made. I've seen one of those shows -- Snapped or ID -- where they went so far as to fake the hit.

    Cash was exchanged. She made $100 down payment (:noway:) and didn't intend to pay the rest until she got the insurance money!

    Ahh. I must have missed that part.

    ETA: Whose to say the cops didn't arrest her after she got out of the car?

    Reminds me of this badass story that I saw on the news a few years ago. I remember the initial headlines were that a woman killed a home intruder. It wasn't until a couple days later that the full story surfaced.
